Express Nationwide Delivery
- Order by 4:00pm Monday – Thursday for next day delivery.
- Order by 10:30am Saturday for Monday delivery.
- Orders placed after 10:30am Saturday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Please use a mobile number when ordering so we can send you tracking details by text message.
Our courier will text you a one-hour time slot on your delivery day. When this text arrives, you will be able to nominate a safe place or request the parcel be left with a neighbour if you won’t be home.
Returns will only be accepted if you have submitted a return form.
If you have an item you would like to return, please complete and submit a returns form. We will then contact you with details of how to return your item.
- If this product is faulty and you notify us within 30 days of receipt, a refund or replacement will be issued once the faulty item is received by us.
- If you notify us of a faulty product after 30 days of receipt and within six months of receipt, we will arrange for the product to be repaired by the manufacturer (if applicable).
- If your product comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, we recommend you register the product you purchased. If registered, the manufacturer maybe able to work with you directly to arrange a repair. This can be the quickest resolution if your product develops a fault after 30 days of receipt.
- If the product is no longer needed, or an unwanted gift, please keep the product in the original packaging and do not use it.
